New Beauty Test Tube is basically the original beauty sampling subscription service.  They started in 2006!  It used to be a quarterly subscription, but recently they switched to every other month. (FYI – this is a separate subscription from the QVC New Beauty Test Tube program which is still quarterly).

PRICE: $29.95 a box plus shipping

In this box, they included the newest issue of New Beauty magazine ($10 value). There is also a booklet that comes with the Test Tube. It is definitely the most impressive guide I’ve seen in a subscription box. Each product has a page dedicated to it.
